Little Creek Ranch consists of 636 +/- acres of alpine beauty that is located near the heart of Colorado's most premier big game hunting area. The ranch includes every essential attribute for numerous species of wildlife to reside on the property year-round. Bordering public lands with close access to hundreds of thousands of acres of National Forest, this ranch offers endless recreational opportunities as well!

This property is hands down one of the most elk filled properties for its size anywhere in the multi state region. The ranch consists of steep oak brush and aspen covered rolling hills that drop into flat grassy bottoms with aspen pockets where you can typically find a variety of wildlife foraging for food. On any given day, one has the potential to see elk, deer, bear, moose, or even turkeys wandering the property. As you rise up the thick, brush covered terrain, there are slight benches that offer incredible panoramic views where you can see several different mountain ranges in the distance. Due to the plentiful snowfall received in the 2023 winter, the vegetation is plentiful on and around the property. Several ponds fed by the numerous springs on the property ensure year around water for wildlife.

Aldrich Lakes has several different species of fish swimming in it's waters such as Rainbow Trout, Tiger Trout, Splake, and Lake Trout. The best part? These lakes are within sight from the ranch! Little Creek Ranch has several different access points into the nearby National Forest that has endless hiking and off-roading trails, numerous other alpine lakes and streams, and countless different camping locations. Elkhead Reservoir and Lake Avery are each located within an hour from the property where one can spend an entire day swimming, boating, fishing, or camping. Many towns including Meeker, Rifle, Craig, and Steamboat offer additional recreational opportunities that can keep you busy for hours!

From the ranch, Craig is located roughly 40 minutes north. Meeker is just under 30 minutes to the southwest, and Rifle is an additional 45 minutes past Meeker. Steamboat Springs is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to the northeast. Depending on time of year, there are several different types of recreational activities that each of these places have to offer. For closest air travel, Yampa Valley Regional Airport is in Hayden, CO, which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes towards the northeast of the property, just before Steamboat.
