211 Lafayette Street/ 220 Grant (rear) is a 2,800 square foot bar and entertainment/event venue with 20 foot tall ceilings, a stage, and two raised balcony platforms for seating with one of them having a second bar. This building was originally built as Church in 1922 and most recently operated as a bar and performance venue called "The Tabernacle" which opened in 2018. At that time the building held a full liquor license, Public Assembly License, Dance Hall License, and various Bakery Licenses. There is one bathroom with room for a second bathroom if needed and a small prep kitchen area. It is possible to install an ansul/hood system in the kitchen. Equipment, contents, and sound system can be purchased or leased.
