About Yuval

Yuval Agranat-Getz studied communications and media studies during his years at Goucher College in Baltimore Maryland. Being an individual who loves to travel he enjoys seeing other parts of the world.

He strongly believes that his experience, living and studying in other parts the country have given him an even greater appreciation for New York and what it has to offer, from the museums, to the shows, to the parks, and the convenience of its public transportation.
He has always taken a huge interest in New York Real Estate. Being born and raised in SoHo during the 80s and 90s, he has seen the tremendous economic, cultural growth and revitalization of the downtown Market.

Although downtown is his specialty, he has also done numerous transactions from the Lower East Side, to the Upper West Side. He has a knack for finding the right place for the right customer, showing great patience and persistence. He has dealt with numerous co-ops and Condos, with buyers sellers and renters. No matter what the transaction, he always does his best to keep both parties at ease.
