Tyler Tinsworth has spent her business life in the world of real estate investment. Her knowledge of real estate investment was garnered from working with individual clients and from being a member of a family held real estate and investment firm. She maintains an interior design services firm, Tyler Tinsworth LLC, which provides her with an extensive knowledge of what is possible to create in any property and the ability to estimate the cost involved.

In her private life, Tyler is an avid skier, sailor and hiker. She has raised eight children in Fairfield/ Westchester area and can navigate easily among neighborhoods and appropriate schools.

Her philanthropic activities are focused on children, be it therapeutic horsemanship for those with developmental differences to fundraising for the Walkabout Foundation. Walkabout delivers "Rough Rider" wheelchairs all over the world to children and adults in need and also sponsors spinal cord injury research. Her recent support of Walkabout involved hiking the last 75K of the Camino de Santiago de Compestela in October 2014 and competing in the Greenwich 1/2 Marathon in April 2015.
