With a diverse range of experiences as an executive and entrepreneur, Scott has demonstrated a propensity for adapting to and navigating complex market issues.

Scott serves as Douglas Elliman’s Managing Broker for NW Florida, and as the Managing Broker for Douglas Elliman Tennessee.

A background in corporate finance and investment relations, Scott is keenly aware of market conditions and the nuances real estate investments achieve for investors.
Born in Montgomery, Alabama to English parents who emigrated to America in 1963, Scott credits his parents' insistence in the value of hard work and the importance of character, honesty and kindness.

These truths continue to define Scott’s character to this day.

A driven achiever, he put himself through college on a golf scholarship graduating from Huntington College. Scott focused on Finance and Marketing, earning an opportunity to degree in either discipline.

Leaning on his parents' admonition, from his early teens Scott was an entrepreneur and diligent worker, always advancing his knowledge and skills with additional training in sales and other courses related to businesses in which he invested and worked.

This tenacity paid off as Scott successfully started a number of businesses over the years and has held varying roles in companies at the C-Suite and Board seat oversight level.
As a young man, Scott built the largest independent media sales company in the country, and became a keynote speaker for national associations.
Scott spent career time in the entertainment industry having built a state of the art sound recording complex and Oscar winning animation studio in the motion pictures industry in Louisiana.

These endeavors lead to Scott forming and securing funding for a massive music festival company which Scott pivoted into a successful COVID testing and vaccination operation during the pandemic.

Scott fed his passion for real estate over the past thirty years as an investment manager, becoming a licensed real estate professional Broker in Florida and Tennessee.
As an entrepreneur, business founder and investment relations manager, his command of the finance aspects of real estate is well-endowed and Scott can speak with the kind of authority, measurable experience and knowledge that fosters immediate respect and trust with clients and customers.

With a business model intentionally designed to focus on a small number of buyers and sellers at any onetime, Scott purposefully devotes undivided time and attention to individual client needs and wants. He prides himself on his ability to curate to his clients’ unique expectations having built a team and network of consummate professionals who execute with consistent precision.
