Matthew is very well-educated on all the New York City neighborhoods as he’s lived here for many years. His knowledge and passion set him apart, as does his hard work ethic, and dedication to pleasing his clients. Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Matthew is a full-service agent who, besides working with buyers, sellers and renters throughout Manhattan, also transacts down the Jersey Shore. He represents many clients who are moving to NYC for the first time and are unfamiliar with the city. His goal is to provide thorough guidance and targeted information based on their unique needs to find just the right community, building and apartment to call home. “Whether you’re moving from across town or from another state or country, I’m here to navigate every client from start to finish. He enjoys helping his clients see potential in a space and redesign the interiors to fit their taste and lifestyle. Originally from Princeton, NJ, Matthew graduated from Syracuse University and worked in media for five years. Since moving to NYC over eight years ago he has lived in various neighborhoods and can make great suggestions on everything from real estate to restaurants all around town.
