Real estate agent by day, childrens book author by night. Is it any wonder that Kevin’s never-ending inventory of talents catapulted his move from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, where he signed a record deal with Elecktra. As the lead singer of pop hip hop band 1000 Clowns, Kevin sold almost two million records and worked extensively in the entertainment industry for years thereafter. From 2008 to 2011, Kevin shifted his efforts to managing a real estate law office negotiating and completing over 50 short sales in only a few years. Though the title of his published Scholastic childrens book is Don’t Talk to Strangers, Kevin is an agent whose unique background and diverse experiences make him the very person you do want to talk to.
