Benjamin’s passion for real estate began early; at 21, he purchased and transformed a 2-unit property into a high-value single-family home, achieving an 80% increase in value within three years. Since then, he’s purchased, renovated, and sold luxury properties from California to the Hamptons, completing over 25 personal transactions that showcase his vision for elevating underutilized spaces and his ability to create value in any market condition.

Raised in the scenic Santa Cruz Mountains of California, Benjamin earned his BS in Accounting from Golden Gate University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, along with a Certificate in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the Fisher Center. Since 2005, he has called downtown Manhattan home and currently resides in Chelsea’s prestigious Vermeer co-op. Sag Harbor has also been home since 2016.
