Alan Mann began his award-winning real estate career nearly 22 years ago, but each and every day, he still gets a charge out of helping someone find or sell a home. Alan understands that one’s home carries memories and emotions but is also the largest financial investment one can make in life. His goal is to be a strong advocate and fair broker for his customers and clients, while getting them results they deserve and building relationships that last a lifetime.

Repeatedly recognized for his service and sales excellence, this top-producing real estate broker has represented a diverse clientele including individual buyers and sellers, major landlords and sponsors, and varied transactions involving entry level coops and condos, plush luxury homes and multi-family dwellings. Born and raised in Elmhurst and a resident of the Forest Hills area all his life (except for two years living in Italy while in the shoe business), Alan knows the market inside out and can guide you to the home and community that fits your needs best.

Alan’s hard work ethic and unflinching dedication goes beyond serving clients and involves always being one step ahead in his field. This means staying constantly abreast of the market to be most informative and effective, and advancing in his industry with distinguished credentials. Alan is a New York State Licensed Associate Broker, Certified Buyer Representative and Real Estate Short Sale Professional, as well as a Member of New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Prior to real estate, Alan honed his sales and service skills over two decades in the wholesale shoe business for which he traveled extensively. He can probably tell you all the best small hotel and restaurants in most every city. Besides food, travel and culture, Alan’s interests are diverse. He is a founding member of a seventeen-year-old BNI chapter in Rego Park, a huge fan of rock and roll, especially Bruce Springsteen, and a diehard Mets and Jets fan since both teams’ inception in 1962. Most importantly, Alan has been married to the love of his life, Debbie, for 40 years, and they’re still on their honeymoon.
