Block-through site with approved plans to build a ten story building on the Great Jones side and six story building on the Bond Street side totaling 38,318 square feet. Currently the foundation is 90% completed and owner has built a two story plus basement 5,109 square foot building on Bond Street side which is excluded from sale and must be given to owner as a condo. Construction was done in a way that the completion of the remaining 33,209 buildable square feet could be finished in an efficient manner.
