To pick keys up from our office. please come to our office (740 Broadway - 2nd Floor New York, NY 10003) with a business card, your pocket ID, a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, and $20 (cash only) to check keys out for up to 3 hours. If only a phone number / email address is listed, please contact the tenant for access. If both a phone number / email address and keys are available, please make sure to contact the tenant first to gain permission and then pick keys up. PLEASE NOTE: FOR OCCUPIED UNITS, YOU MUST CALL/EMAIL TENANTS FOR PERMISSION TO SHOW UNIT OR YOU WILL LOSE KEY PRIVILEGES, YOUR DEPOSIT, AND WE WILL ISSUE A COMPLAINT TO YOUR COMPANY. We have been receiving complaints from our residents that brokers are entering their apartments without permission. Please be advised that you must obtain a written email confirmation prior to signing out keys from our office. Please be mindful and respectful of our tenants rights and homes. It is also illegal to enter our properties without permission. Please also note that we have installed cylinders in all our vacant units. They will be changed often so you must obtain keys from the office in order to show.
