Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Marks Major Construction Milestone With The St. Regis Residences, Houston

The next chapter of luxury living in Houston is officially underway. 

 

On May 6, 2026, The St. Regis Residences, Houston celebrated its groundbreaking, marking the beginning of construction on the brand’s first standalone residential development in Texas. Located at 102 Asbury Street along the northern edge of River Oaks, the 38-story tower is already generating major attention in Houston’s luxury real estate market. 
 

Developed by Houston-based real estate firm Satya and designed by internationally recognized architecture studio Pickard Chilton, the curving glass tower will feature just 90 private residences with sweeping views stretching from downtown Houston to Memorial Park and River Oaks.

Demand for the project has been strong from the start. All seven penthouses, including three crown duplex residences, have already sold prior to construction, setting record-breaking pricing benchmarks for Houston condominiums. In response to buyer interest, select residences are also being combined to create larger homes meeting the needs of purchases coming from single family estates.

Lifestyle amenities include the Astor dining room and cognac bar on the 20th floor, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a spa and wellness center, fitness facilities, a landscaped butterfly garden, a pet spa, an owner’s lounge, and full-building generator backup. 

 

The location also places residents near some of Houston’s most well-known cultural and outdoor destinations, including Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens and Memorial Park. 

 

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, which is leading sales and marketing for the project, previously announced that The St. Regis Residences, Houston achieved the highest price per square foot ever recorded for condominium sales in Houston.
