Nearby is Crystal raceway, McBride Mid Michigan Motorplex, historic movie theater with a five dollar admission in Crystal, grocery store, restaurants, bars and ice cream. Wonderful rental history which provides good income while you are not there.
All Sports Lake with great swimming, boating, fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the view. Lake stocked with crappie, rock bass, perch and walleye. New well and septic in 2023. Currently used as a VRBO with a very good rental history.
