30.53 acres east of Centerville. This is a great property with a lot of potential. The house is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with a mix of house and hunting cabin. With a little over 2000 sq. ft., there is plenty of space for several friends, including a large bunk room upstairs for overflow guests. There is great outdoor living space with a nice covered back porch and sitting area. A small, two bay garage is perfect for storage. The land is situated nicely with good trails and small openings that are great for hunting. There is a nice pond as well as a small creek. There is a good amount of game animals in the area and the property is remote enough to shoot without disturbing anyone. This is a great place to come enjoy the weekends and have a nice retreat to get away from the city.
