Elliman Sarasota Agents Named Among Tampa Bay Business Journal's Top Residential Real Estate Professionals

Douglas Elliman agents based in the brokerage’s Sarasota, Fla., office were among the real estate professionals recognized in The Tampa Bay Business Journal's annual  Who's Who in Residential Real Estate feature. The recently published list of 210 of the top-selling agents and teams covers Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota counties.

The Schemmel Soda Group, led by Joel Schemmel and Donna Soda, earned the No. 5 ranking among the region's top residential real estate teams, an impressive achievement in one of Florida's most competitive markets. The list recognizes teams that closed at least $40 million in residential sales during 2025.

Gloria Bracciano and Lisa Napolitano were also recognized among the Top 50 Individual Residential Real Estate Agents, honoring agents who achieved a minimum of $20 million in residential sales in 2025.
