The Sanctuary is a 241-acre master planned residential community in Lynn Haven, Florida, located just east of Hwy 77 and south of McCormick Rd with the southern boundary fronting the North Bay. Lynn Haven is part of the Panama City Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) which includes Panama City Beach and the surrounding Bay and Gulf Counties.
