Previously a Senior Manager in high profiled B2B sponsorship sales for nearly a decade, Maria employs keen interpersonal skills, negotiating savvy and promotional creativity that ensure her clients' success. This native New Yorker earned a BA in Marketing from Fashion Institute of Technology, studied International Marketing in Florence, Italy, and worked in Nicosia, Cyprus working for a British event company. While there, Maria promoted and sold events for Anthony Robbins, the most eminent and distinguished motivational speaker in the world, including his flagship seminar “Unleash The Power Within” which was a four day life changing event.

Maria has been a downtown resident of Battery Park City for fourteen years and a mommy for six years. She knows the inventory and knows the different tax implications Battery Park City has being a land lease. Not only is she the broker to guide you through the closing transaction but Maria lives the neighborhood and can tell you about the plethora of family events happening in her community where she plays an active role. Maria additionally is on the Board of Directors of the Cooley's Anemia Foundation (Thalassemia Foundation) since 1998 and an Executive Committee as well as being on the Board of Directors for the Thalassemia International Federation.

For fun, you'll often find Maria kayaking the Hudson or biking along the West Side Highway in her neighborhood of Battery Park City with her daughter Julia. Maria also has a keen interest in art history, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East.
