Hootan Moeirzadeh graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Business Management and minor in International Business.

Post graduation, he started his successful career in a joint venture/partnership with Verizon Wireless. Within the first year of operation, his company has been rated the #1 producing location in the region. His company received numerous awards for his hard work and remarkable results. As the President/CEO of his company; he has been responsible for purchasing, sales, advertising, human resources, training, expanding, design and development, negotiating leases, and customer service. He understands that his relationship with customers are the key element in growing and building a thriving business.

He personally has experience in purchasing properties, selling, leasing/renting (property management), marketing/advertising, relocation assistance (moving into and outside of New York), renovation, interior and exterior (landscape) design.
