Located in the landmarked Brewster Carriage House at 374 Broome Street in Nolita, the combined listing is represented by Douglas Elliman agents Noble Black, Jennifer Stillman, David Son, and Corinne Cahlon. The couple purchased two adjacent apartments intending to combine them but never did.
