Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Named Exclusive Sales and Marketing Representative for Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM), a division of Douglas Elliman Realty, has been selected as the exclusive sales and marketing representative for Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, the 33-residence, 17-story luxury condominium tower currently under construction in Dallas’ prestigious Turtle Creek neighborhood.  

Developed by One Turtle Creek, a partnership between USA Infrastructure Investments and SVAG, Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, which topped out earlier this year, is entering its next final phase of sales. DEDM will lead sales efforts for a newly released collection of model residences, including the project's highly anticipated penthouse offering and a refreshed sales gallery featuring a curated collection from nationally celebrated created art partners that will be moved into the completed building.
