The 2nd floor has a master room with a king sized bed and another bedroom with a queen sized bed and a desk. The 1st floor has a large kitchen with eat-in area and industrial-style stove/oven, dining room, office and large living room. There are two comfy couches, one with a pull-out bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and cookware, including coffee pot and toaster oven. Each TV in the house is equipped with the Amazon Fire Stick. Private and complimentary washer/dryer in basement. There is a large private fenced-in yard, and window air conditioning units available in the summer months. The house is minutes drive from the famous Boston Marathon route! This unit is connected to another unit, the only shared space is the driveway.
