Our house has lots of large windows for great natural light. The bedrooms are large and the closets are absolutely humongous with drawers and lots of hanging space. The first floor has beautiful stained concrete, with wood floors upstairs. The kitchen has everything you need to fix meals and plenty of pantry space. There is a full size washing machine and dryer. Don't worry about having to keep up with a key. Just tap in your code or use your fingerprint to unlock any external door.
There is a comfortable screened in back porch and a nice deck next to the swimming pool with a table and chairs to help you enjoy your time in our lovely back yard. This home is pet friendly (with the addition of a non-refundable pet fee). Pool cleaning and maintenance are covered. Lawn care is taken care of by the owner.
This house is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and our beautiful and friendly downtown. If you want to drop in to Gruene to listen to some live music, it's just a short drive away. Stay in our lovely home while you are shopping for yours, waiting for your construction to complete, or just taking an extended vacation in lovely New Braunfels.
Minimum rental length is typically 3 months, but if you need a shorter lease please contact us to discuss. This house is located in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac with kind and friendly neighbors. No loud music or parties. No smoking. Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles in 2 car garage or on driveway. Pets are allowed, but will incur and additional, non-refundable fee of $800 per pet. Pool and spa are cleaned once weekly and landlord will take care of lawn care. Tenant is responsible for watering the lawn according to any watering restrictions from the city. Tenant is also responsible for the cost of a final, professional cleaning after move out.
