Great project close to Lake Sunapee. Walk to Newbury town beach, dock & gazebo in less than 5 minutes. Older cottage with character, mostly a shell so makes it easy to frame needed spots, wire up and insulate. Mostly fir floors. Some newer windows, claw foot tub and stained glass window.
