This multi-sport camp is well located on grid and on a paved and maintained road while still having acreage and trout stream frontage. The camp itself is two bedrooms, hard wire electric, well, septic, insulated, and a full kitchen. The pole barn has a concrete floor in the enclosed portion and natural floor under the overhangs. It has been partially wired for electric and has loft storage with a traditional staircase. The East Branch of the Tahquamenon River is designated a Blue Ribbon Trout Stream starting at the property and continuing for 19 miles. The 20 acres is high and dry and goes up in elevation as you go deeper into the property from the camp. The total elevation gain is 60 feet. The river channel is narrow and has a steep bank, steeper the deeper you go into the property. The forest is half maple and half mixed with other hardwoods and pines. While walking the acreage I flushed grouse and saw plenty of wildlife trails. There is an RV electric/water hookup as well.
