This property is out of the city limits but on city water. It also has 3 water wells. The solar well is 35 ft deep. The well in the well house is 100 ft. A new well was dug in August of 2023 has not been set up yet but it is hooked up to the Seymour Aquifer and is 37 ft. deep.
The septic tank was recently cleaned out.
