Victoria Spellman comes to Douglas Elliman with nearly 20 years of marketing experience in the prestige cosmetics industry where she created highly successful global brands like Ceramides skincare for Elizabeth Arden. A master marketer, Victoria leverages this expertise to benefit her clients.

Victoria possesses an innate knowledge of New York, having been born and raised in Manhattan and having raised her own family here as well, and she has extensive experience with all types of New York residential properties: prewar coops, condominiums, new developments, townhouses and rentals. In addition, her background in psychology gives her a unique psychological understanding of her clients’ perspective: their wants and needs.

Victoria attended the Nightingale Bamford School in Manhattan, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with honors in psychology and creative writing, and attended the NYU PhD Program in Psychology.
