Katherine T Malinosky brings a wealth of luxury marketing experience and real estate knowledge to The Randy & Nick Team. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Katherine moved to South Florida to study and received a degree in Marketing & Finance from Florida Atlantic University. She began her real estate career in new development sales in an exclusive Boca Raton community and quickly progressed to work with top South Florida developers in search of land sites for future development. She now focuses solely on luxury residential sales in the Palm Beaches and utilizes her marketing background to create an innovative approach to the luxury real estate market. Katherine and her husband, Nicholas Malinosky currently reside in Ocean Ridge, Florida.
