About Joi

Joi received her Bachelors degree in Psychology, which led to her getting her Masters in
School Counseling. She provided counseling to many students and their families of the
New York City school system. As a Counselor, Joi's patience, empathy and interpersonal
skills were her most utilized assets. These skills are now being put to use in providing
knowledgeable guidance in the real estate field.

Born and raised in Queens, Joi now resides in Franklin Square with her husband and two
little girls. Joi enjoys hosting gatherings at her home, reading and singing Karaoke.
