The City of Aurora (“City”) will be requesting written proposals (including business plan, operations plan, and financial model) from qualified for-profit and/or nonprofit businesses for the purpose of redeveloping the property located at 151 N. Potomac Street to its highest and best use while including affordable housing. The successful proposal shall detail a plan to maximize the highest and best use of the Property and to include affordable housing as part of the proposed development.
$1,300,000 for sale or for rent at $9,750 per month with 5% annual increases.
