It borders BLM. You are able to hunt 20-30,000 acres of BLM ground that borders the ranch. There is a nice pond stocked with native trout that you can fish. The home is very spacious with lots of light and comes furnished! Huge wood burning fireplace in the living room making a nice cozy cabin feeling. There is radiant heat and beautiful hardwood floors. There are 2 laundry rooms 1 up and 1 down. One room sleeps 12 people with lots of bunk beds. It was the attached garage that was remodeled into 1 large bedroom/bath.
