In the Hamptons, where relationships are foundational and legacy often drives success, few names carry the weight of Morabito. Now, the Morabito legacy enters a new chapter as Tim Morabito returns to Douglas Elliman and joins his father, Enzo Morabito, one of the East End’s most established and respected real estate figures.

During his six years at Compass, where he built a strong, independent business across the Hamptons, the younger Morabito was consistently recognized as a top performer and ranked annually among RealTrends’ top brokers nationwide.

“I built my business on my own and had great success doing it,” he says. “That’s what made coming back feel like the right next step. Now it’s about combining that experience with what my father has built and continuing to grow it together.”

With more than 16 years of experience, Morabito has built a strong presence across the Hamptons, from Quogue to Southampton and west to Moriches, markets where relationships and local knowledge are essential.

“He’s deeply connected in the community—he has the relationships, and he has the drive,” his father says. “That’s what you need in this business.”

That foundation has already translated into successful collaboration. Over the years, the Morabitos have worked together on a number of notable transactions, at times representing opposite sides of a deal, bringing a shared understanding and trust that proved critical in navigating complex negotiations.

“There’s a level of trust and communication that you can’t replicate,” Tim says. “We’ve been in situations where that made all the difference in getting a deal done.”

Before entering real estate, Tim Morabito owned and operated a successful contracting business and worked as a union foreman in New York City. That experience continues to inform his approach today, offering clients a nuanced understanding of construction, design, and long-term value.

With Tim’s return and other family members actively involved, The Enzo Morabito Team has evolved into a true family enterprise poised to expand upon continuity, shared experience and aligned vision.

For the elder Morabito, the moment is both professionally and personally gratifying.

“At the end of the day, we sit together, have a drink, and laugh—we genuinely enjoy each other’s company,” he says. “To be able to build a business with your family and actually enjoy it, that’s something people dream about.”
