This is a beautiful, level, and large building site on Frenchman Lake. The lot is one acre with 121 feet of east by southeast facing frontage. Frenchman Lake is 174 acres in surface area and over 20 feet deep. The lake is stocked regularly with walleye and good perch are also reported. There are bass and pike in the lake as well. The lake takes in water from Wegwas Lake and has an outlet to the Carp River. There is a DNR boat launch on the lake as well. There is a large undeveloped island and several bays for relaxing paddling and fishing. Large portions of the shoreline are undeveloped. This tends to be a quieter and relaxing lake.
