Calling all star gazers!!! Land currently being used for AirBnB. There are three spaces for campsites on the right side of the main road about 10'x20' each space. On the left side where the bell tents are there are three spaces about 30'x40'. There are wooden platforms for the bell tents which will stay . The fire pits can also stay with the land for the campsites so the buyer can list and start hosting. There is also space (all dirt, nothing paved or graveled) for parking vehicles on the left side nothing is paved or graveled. E Spanish road is maintained by the HOA. Views on Nine Point Mesa and the tops of the Santiago Mountains. Terlingua is about 5 miles south of the land. There's a small burro store, a grocery store, gas station, Dollar General and a few restaurants.
