The second oldest dance hall in Texas is FOR SALE! Located in Goliad, Texas, this historic dance hall dates back to the late 1800's. In 1925, the old dance hall was torn down and replaced by a more modern building, known to this day as Schroeder Hall. The remodeled dance hall consists of over 13,000 square feet, including a 4,000-square-foot oak dance floor that was imported from a mill in Fort Smith Arkansas.
