Living Room: The spacious living room is bright and gives a beautiful view of the lanai, pool and canal. Make yourself comfortable and watch a movie on the flat-screen tv while relaxing on the large sectional sofa or light the fireplace for some ambiance.
 
Kitchen/Dining Room: Do you enjoy making yummy treats for you, your family, and your loved ones? The kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked with all the appliances you might need to produce your own culinary creations. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four located right off the kitchen to enjoy brunch or a quick bite with a lovely view. There is a lovely dining room table set for six. 
 
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: You won't find a retreat more serene than the master bedroom offering a view of the pool. It features a flat-screen tv, a King-sized bed, walk in closet and a seating area. It also features a beautiful en-suite, with his and hers vanities, and  a large walk-in shower. 

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest room offers a cozy Queen-size bed, flat-screen tv, and private access to the lanai through the large glass sliders. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and flat-screen tv. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with a spacious shower/tub combo and doubles as the pool bath with direct access to the large pool. 
 
Pool/Lanai: Enjoy your company on the lanai, which offers multiple seating areas for gatherings where you can relish relaxed conversation and a cocktail. Better yet, have dinner poolside with the provided propane gas grill and dining area that seats up to six people. Go for a swim in the beautiful solar heated pool or enjoy sunbathing in the beautiful Florida heat on the lounge chairs available. You can relax under the stars or drop a line in the water and catch dinner! Feeling adventurous? Enjoy the neighborhood with the bikes provided for your use.
