Jessica Taylor, a leading new development agent and star of the Netflix series Owning Manhattan, has returned to Douglas Elliman, where she previously worked from 2015 to 2016. Previously Head of New Development for The Kantha Team at Serhant, where she helped bring more than $650 million in new development projects to the firm, Taylor also joins the executive sales team for Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach. She will be based out of Elliman’s Palm Beach office in Florida and 111 Fifth Avenue office in New York City.
The move was first reported by The Real Deal.
Taylor has been involved in more than $500 million in sales, and her deals have been featured in the “Big Ticket” section of The New York Times.
"I'm delighted to return to Douglas Elliman, the undisputed leader in new development across Florida,” said Taylor. “My career has long been rooted in new development sales, so I'm thrilled to bring that focus to The Banyan Tree West Palm Beach, developed by MAST Capital, a firm with an exemplary reputation for quality and vision, while also continuing to grow my resale business.”
A graduate of Oxford Brookes University in England, where she studied business and psychology, Taylor previously worked for UBS in London and New York before launching her real estate career as an agent on The Eklund|Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman in 2015.
