Developed by Kaizen Development Partners, with exclusive sales and marketing by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM), the collection of 60 residences atop a 29-story tower designed by BOKA Powell and bonetti/kozerski architecture is expected to open in 2029 in Uptown's Chalk Hill development alongside a 214-key EDITION hotel, marking the first foray of Marriott International’s EDITION brand into Texas.
