The outdoor deck features a dining area and grill. Rust Island is perfect for walking, though a car is needed to explore Cape Ann's other towns and beaches. Available for winter monthly rentals from September to June or inquire about weekly summer availability. We offer flexible dates throughout the year with a five-night minimum stay during the summer season, June 15th to October 15th. Guests are required to sign a waiver for dock access.
