Samantha Behringer Returns to Douglas Elliman

Top-producing agent Samantha Behringer has returned to Douglas Elliman after spending just over a year with Compass. Along with the Samantha Behringer Team, she will be based out of the brokerage’s Manhattan office at 111 Fifth Avenue and Greenwich, Connecticut office.

With more than 25 years of experience in New York City real estate, Behringer has built a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality service with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm. Over the course of her career, she has closed more than $1 billion in sales, an impressive achievement that reflects both her deep knowledge of the industry and her strong client and developer relationships.

A specialist in new development across Manhattan and Brooklyn, Behringer has served as a sales director on many successful projects, including The Oro Condominiums, 15 William Street, The Alfred, 112 Fleet Place, 200 East 21st Street, The Charles, The Toren Condominiums, The Hudson Condominiums, 303 West 146th Street, 234 West 148th Street, RiverWest, and 167 13th Street. She also has several new development projects expected to launch later this year.

Originally from Westchester, Behringer trained as a dancer at The Joffrey Ballet School before beginning her career in real estate, an experience that continues to shape the energetic and thoughtful approach she brings to all of her clients.
