Paige Michaelis Joins Douglas Elliman in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Paige Michaelis, an accomplished real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in Florida and Colorado, has officially joined Douglas Elliman.

Previously at Compass, Michaelis will be focused on expanding her presence in the city’s downtown condominium market as Elliman continues to grow its presence along Florida’s West Coast. She will be based out of the brokerage’s St. Petersburg office at 100 Beach Drive NE.

"Elliman has an incredible reputation for luxury properties and for new construction,” Michaelis said. “What they are doing on the East Coast of Florida is absolutely impressive, and I am excited about the prospect of growth for the brand on the West Coast, as well. I know that this will be a great partnership to help me grow my brand right alongside theirs.” 

With a strong background in commercial real estate, investment properties and business ownership, as well as corporate human resources management, Michaelis brings a well-rounded, entrepreneurial perspective on the market in Tampa Bay.

A mother of two young adults, an animal lover with a dachshund and a cat, and an active member of her community, Michaelis also volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem for foster children and serves on the Board of the Crescent Lake Neighborhood Association. She has cycled from Amsterdam to Paris to support AIDS research and even starred in her own episode of House Hunters.
