When Jordan Shea relocated to Manhattan from Florida, he began his career in residential real estate less than 24 hours of arriving. He has never stopped or looked back— that was over 10 years ago. His Sellers describe him as, “Amazing...he sold my apartment for more than the listing price” and his Buyers say, “He leaves no stone unturned, Jordan found us our dream place and negotiated a great price”.
His experience in New Development: 250 Bowery, 36 Bleeker, 11 North Moore, 290 West Street, 215 Sullivan, 50 Clinton, 25 Mercer, 5 Beekman and One West End Avenue and his volume of resales both uptown and downtown give him a depth of experience that not many agents have acquired. His sellers become his buyers and his buyers become his sellers. He has hosted NBC’s Open House NYC, is a weekly contributor on Good Morning New York and has been cited and profiled in WWD, Real Estate Weekly, The New York Times, Curbed NY, Vogue, Variety and the Daily Mail.
For leisure, Jordan enjoys writing, his film photography, viewing art shows/galleries, and meeting fiends for a night at the theatre. He enjoys his quiet early morning Central Park runs as much as his time cooking for dinner parties with friends. He is a member of REBNY and supports several charities.
