Edward Sternberg

As a native Texan and decades-long resident of Austin, Ed Sternberg is well-connected, well-informed, and knows the area well.

His background in law, corporate sales, international travel, and entrepreneurship paved the foundation for his success in real estate. After earning his Juris Doctorate degree, Edward pursued a career in enterprise technology sales, working closely with senior executives in some of the largest medical, financial services, and communications companies. As a side project, Edward also founded a craft beverage company.

His business philosophy is straightforward: "I'm a problem-solver and focus on my client's needs. Real estate requires a lot of skill sets, but my personal experience and education are where I add the most value. I become my client's advocate and represent them as I would myself – I take ownership of the process and know how to get things done."

Regarding the listing process, "Listing a client's home for sale is a huge responsibility. When you're dealing with highly valued estates or any property for that matter, it requires careful data analysis and a comprehensive process to ensure the market will recognize the full value. My primary concerns are making sure things go smoothly and protecting my client's interest."

Edward is a perpetual student of the market and career development through specialized training and certification programs. Among his many career accolades, he has earned the highly esteemed Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and Seller Representation Specialist designations. Despite a busy schedule, Edward finds time to decompress with family on the lake, cooking gourmet meals, and playing guitar.
