Kate Kirtley

Director of Operations for the Carroll Eltis Group in Dallas, Kate Kirtley is eager to help clients and team members. Kate supports clients from the beginning of the home buying/selling process and throughout each step. Hard-working and resilient, she assists her team in achieving success.

Originally from Fort Worth, Kate attended the University of Alabama where she majored in Journalism with a Business minor. Before her position as Director of Operations, Kate was an account manager at a local advertising agency. There she learned invaluable skills that she transferred to real estate. Her realty team appreciates her organization and attention to detail as she collaborates with them on every transaction.

Teammates and clients appreciate Kate’s accessibility and open communication. Her motivation, creativity, and reliability make her an asset to the Carroll Eltis Group. Living and working in one of the areas in which her team sells, Kate knows the Dallas area well and supports the agents with any information they may need.

When she isn’t working with team members and clients, Kate enjoys supporting the SPCA of Texas. Passionate about animal adoption, Kate and her fiancé have two adopted dogs, Queen and Roo. Kate loves cooking, art, reading, and food photography. She enjoys exercise, sports, and traveling
