Belinda Fernandez, Business Operations and Agent Success Director for Douglas Elliman Texas, has over 19 years of industry experience stemming from a very successful career as a Sales Agent selling waterfront properties on the Texas Coast. Belinda quickly moved up to sales management and real estate training for a prestigious luxury firm in Houston Texas. Belinda obtained her Texas Broker's License in 2006 and served as Interim Managing Broker for Douglas Elliman Texas in 2019. Belinda currently manages the Business Operations Team as well as the Agent Success Team for DETX and is always available to support the Sales Management Team as well as Sales Agents with industry questions and transactions. She is a graduate from the University of Houston in Mass Communication and worked in the television business for over 15 years before entering the wonderful world of real estate.
