Zac primarily focuses on residential resales and leasing in the Austin area. He has handled sales for a broad range of prices and property types. He also has experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Zac’s career began in sales working for a portable storage company in South Texas. Originally from McAllen, Texas, and born into a family involved in commercial and industrial real estate, he graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Management (Entrepreneurial Studies). Soon after he became a bar/restaurant on-premise representative for a spirits company in Austin.

After 13 years in sales, this experience led him to discover much of the city, and eventually, this segued into getting his real estate license. He quickly realized that becoming a full-time licensed agent was his true passion.

In his downtime, however, Zac enjoys the great outdoors by exercising, golfing, offshore fishing, woodworking. His latest hobby includes blacksmithing because the art of knife making combines planning, design, and hours of physical work. As a form of mediation, this kind of work gives him the opportunity to clear his mind.
