Since 2012, Dustan has operated as a personal investor, completing over 300 transactions before he moved into real estate. Licensed as a Texas Realtor in 2021, his vast experience in investment transactions from buying and selling to rehabbing properties gives him a unique set of skills for all buyers and sellers.

Real estate never feels like work to Dustan. He specializes in assisting clients in all areas of Central and West Houston including Fulshear, Katy, Energy Corridor, Westchase, Memorial, Spring Branch, Galleria, Uptown and the Inner Loop areas.

He has invested in distressed properties since college, completing his first flip in 2001 and never looked
back. Since then, he continued to buy and rehab his own properties, gaining knowledge of construction
and all trades required in the process. In 2012, he started his investment business to purchase
foreclosures and distressed properties for lease and resale along with consulting investors interested in
making real estate a part of their portfolio.

A native Houstonian, Dustan traveled in his youth before settling in Katy, Texas as a teen while his parents were involved in the oil & gas industry. A global traveler himself to areas such as Alaska, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the Caribbean, Dustan has seen many different real estate markets and cultures. In his down time, he enjoys driving his classic Porsche, watching sports with friends and outdoor activities with his young twin boys Bishop and Jackson. Experience as a college football player and an
undefeated amateur boxer, he is still into a variety of competitive sports and values the athletes frame
of mind even in all his business dealings. A family man, experienced real estate investor, exceptional
