The Dana Commercial Team

The Dana Commercial Team at Douglas Elliman currently consists of brokers and salespersons specializing in retail sales and leasing, office sales and leasing, medical space, building and hotel sales, investment properties, international properties, the sale of restaurants, commercial condo and co-op sales, and land development.

The Danas, who direct the Dana Commercial Team, believe in close personal attention to the leasing and sales of stores and offices, and in the sale and master leasing of commercial property for occupancy, development or investment. Their expertise enables them to guide retail and office clients as well as investors through the myriad possibilities available to them in New York real estate market, as well as specialty properties in other areas. They work closely with brokers from other firms and are members of The Real Estate Board of NY’s Retail Committee.

They are also experts in advising Co-ops on retail values of their stores and the complex issues involving the sale of master leases, co-op stores and condominium stores, as well as the formation of R.E.I.T.S to assist in the sale of commercial property. They have helped dozens of co-op buildings maximize their income from the retail portions of their buildings, as well as finding the proper retail mix for commercial space, and the best investment opportunities for investors from all over the world.
