About CATHY

Atrue Miami native, Cathy Strafaci, has a long list of accomplishments which includes managing an impressive $1 billion dollars of sales throughout her real estate career. With a decade of experience in luxury sales, marketing and management, Cathy joined Related Cervera Realty Servicesin 2001 and immersed herself in the burgeoning South of Fifth market. Cathy quickly rose as a top producer in the competitive pre-construction arena at Murano Portofino, Murano Grande and Icon South Beach. Next, Cathy managed the unprecedented resale effort at ICON South Beach, before directing the pre-construction launch and speedy sellout at 50 Biscayne in Downtown Miami.

In 2004, Cathy redirected her talents and energy back to South Beach to launch the Iconic W South Beach Hotel & Residences. As Sales Director, Cathy was instrumental in the development of the project from its very earliest phase, personally overseeing all of the sales and marketing efforts for the $600 million sellout. Working closely with the developers (Related NY, RFR and TriStar Capital), Cathy served as an integral voice in launch strategy, pricing, strategic positioning, unit mix, floor plans, marketing, and client and brokerage relationships. When they launched the W South Beach in the summer of 2005, Cathy and her team set the market with record breaking pre-construction numbers. The Builder’s Association of South Florida recognized Cathy with the Platinum Award for Best Sales Director in 2007 for her outstanding Salesmanship.

Cathy’s integral role in South Florida’s growing landscape has earned her a solid reputation amongst the most prominent developers and brokers in Florida, New York and other key markets as one of Miami’s most accomplished and trusted luxury development sales directors. Relying on her 15 years of sales management,Cathy develops talent and builds a results-oriented sales team of the highest ethical standards, while always keeping the developer’s interests her highest priority.

As an active member of her community, Cathy mentors and organizes fundraising efforts for various charitable groups. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Texas and enjoys an active life in Coconut Grove with her husband and children.
