Report Summary

Overall rents for Manhattan slipped for second time this year. There were a significant number


of new leases signed and more concessions offered by landlords.


After slipping for the past two months,Brooklyn rents moved higher. Landlords offered more


concessions than last year as marketing times were a little longer.


Rental price trends remained choppy in the northwest Queens market, falling from year ago
levels after rising in the previous month. There were more leases signed along with more available inventory.
