Manhattan rental prices weakened slightly as landlords expanded their use of concessions. The strongest rental price trends continued to occur within the entry level of the market.


Brooklyn rents have slipped in four of the past five months. The use of landlord concessions


more than doubled as inventory expanded.


Rental prices in


Northwest Queens slipped for the sixth month in 2016. Listing inventory continued to rise faster than new leases were signed.
